Forgot Your Username?
Your username is how YOOBIC identifies you when you log in, so you need it to be able to log in at all.
Contact your company's Admin to get it (not sure who the Admin is? Ask your Regional Manager or your company's headquarters).
Forgot Your Password?
Once you enter your username and click Continue, you'll either see a password field or be redirected to your organisation's own login page. Follow the matching section below.
You Have a Password Recovery Email or Phone Number
- Click Forgot password?
- Confirm your username and click Continue.
- Check your inbox for an email containing a verification code. It usually arrives within a few minutes. If it's taking longer, give it a little more time before trying again.
- Enter the code sent to your email or phone and click Enter.
- Set a new password and click Save.
No code?
- Check your spam or junk folder. Verification emails sometimes land there.
- Make sure you entered the correct username.
- Wait a few minutes, since delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- Still nothing after 10–15 minutes? Click Didn't get a code to try another way to receive it.
You Don't Have a Password Recovery Email or Phone Number
- Ask your company's Admin for a temporary password (not sure who the Admin is? Ask your Regional Manager or your company's headquarters).
- Log in with it, then set a new password.
Your Organisation Uses Single Sign-On (SSO)
Contact your company's Admin to reset your credentials (not sure who the Admin is? Ask your Regional Manager or your company's headquarters). YOOBIC support can't access this login.
